Through our internship program, we will provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development, ensuring that the next generation has access to the skills and support they deserve.

Creating Pathways for LGBTQ+ Youth of Color
Opportunities should be accessible, not exclusive.
That’s why we’re launching our first
LGBTQ+ Youth of Color Barista Internship in Fall 2025—a program designed to provide real-world experience in business, coffee, and community leadership. From hands-on barista training to mentorship and entrepreneurship, this isn’t just about learning a skill—it’s about building confidence, connections, and a future where we thrive together.
But the opportunities don’t stop at High Brew Co. We’re building a network of queer and minority-owned businesses that share our vision for empowering the next generation. Through these partnerships, our interns will have the chance to gain experience in a variety of industries—expanding their skills, growing their professional networks, and strengthening the communities we serve.
Right now, we’re raising the funds to make this happen. Every coffee sold, every donation, and every shared voice brings us closer to breaking down barriers and creating more opportunities for LGBTQ+ youth of color.
